Angela Soles, CPA, CIA     

Originally from the Poconos region in Pennsylvania, Angela moved to Florida in 2009. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and has over 17 years’ experience in public and private accounting. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and as a Certified Internal Auditor. She is a member of the AICPA and FICPA and the Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.

Angela has extensive industry experience in manufacturing, professional services, retail, hard-money lenders, ground freight carriers, construction, residential and commercial builders, farming including distribution, 401(k) audits, restaurants, bars, franchisees, and not-for-profit entities including; religious, realtors associations, music and the arts, membership associations, condo associations, timeshares, and homeowner associations. Areas of professional expertise include financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, as well as, single audits, internal control evaluations, forensic accounting, expert witness testimony and CFO Services.

Angela has served as a board member on the FICPA Palm Beach Chapter, is actively involved in her church, and serves as a technical peer reviewer for the FICPA peer review program.
